ADHD evaluation tools

QbCheck adds another piece of the picture.

This computer-based test measures attention, activity, and impulsivity. We use its results alongside interviews, history, and screening forms when it may help clarify an ADHD assessment.

QbTest / QbCheck

What is the difference?

QbTest is designed for in-clinic testing. QbCheck is the web-based version that can be completed remotely, which fits our virtual practice. Both provide objective measures related to attention, activity, and impulsivity.

During the test, you respond to a computer task while movement is tracked. Your clinician reviews the report in the context of your full evaluation.

Out-of-pocket fees

$85 QbCheck test, per person

$325 written ADHD report

The Brown EF-A executive functioning test is $50 if used. Evaluation visit charges may be separate. View all self-pay rates.

01

Discuss whether it fits

Your clinician decides with you whether objective testing would add useful information to the assessment.

02

Complete the test

If recommended, our team provides instructions for the remote computer-based QbCheck session and any equipment or setting requirements.

03

Review the results

We discuss the report together with your screening forms, structured interviews, developmental history, and any collateral information.

One part of an evaluation

QbCheck does not diagnose ADHD on its own. A result cannot replace a clinical assessment or guarantee a diagnosis or a specific treatment. See our adult ADHD evaluation process →
